When a Technician requests for remote access, you will need TeamViewer running on your machine. Teamviewer QuickSupport is an application that you can download and run that will give us one-time access to your machine. If you are wanting to setup permanent TeamViewer access, please download TeamViewer (Full Download) in the Downloads section below. These connections are only monitored when the technician has asked you to allow access to your remote machine. You will not get help at this time simply clicking the link. You must provide the ID to us.
