Prior to opening R&E Software Design, LLC, Mrs. Dickison was employed locally in the software design field for seven years. Her decision to open her own business was based on the desire to achieve professional success in a business that is ever challenging and continually needed in our computerized era. FMS Global is a full line food distribution software package that has always focused on the food distribution industry, not modified to fit the food industry or a standard ERP that could work if you change your business model. Over 150 small to mid-sized distributors have relied on the results of FMS to run their business. FMS contains a full set of financial modules as well as the standard inventory, order entry, supplier revenue, purchasing, sales anaylsis, portion cut, light manufacturing, warehouse management, routing interface, and web sales modules. All services and products were designed around the food service industry: from produce, cash & carry, meat packing, commodity distribution, full line, and convenience store distribution. The system is widely used in the U.S. and Canada with a customer split around 50/50.
