Terri L. Dickison
Born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, Terri has spent almost her whole life in West Central Indiana. An alumna of both West Vigo High School and Indiana State University, Terri provides us with 32 years of experience with 25 of those years as the owner of R&E Software Design, LLC. When she isn't sifting through piles of paper or wading through jungles of numbers, Terri prefers to spend as much time with her family as possible. An ardent aqua enthusiast Terri and her family try to spend as much time on the water as possible. If you don't find her on a boat you can probably find her digging in her garden or back at the office making R&E Software Design, LLC what it is today.
Dean Dickison
With an impressive tenure at R&E Software Design, LLC, Dean has been a staple since 1988. Coming from Brazil, Indiana, Dean is an alumni of IUPUI and Brazil High School (currently Northview High School) where his passion for all things electronic was born. Although he works an incredible amount of time, Dean finds the time to spend with his family by taking them boating, fishing, or any other activity where water is involved. If you don't find him out on the water there is a good chance you can find him with a pair of tongs in his hand while manning the barbecue on his deck.
Tim Weer
Originally from the east coast, Tim moved to the upper midwest, Northern Indiana and Michigan when he was a teenager, finally settling down in West Terre Haute, where he received his Associates Degree from Ivy Tech. Although Tim has been with us for nearly 2 decades, he came to us with an additional 13 years of experience. Even though he is one of the hardest workers in the industry, he still finds time for his passions. Tim is an avid musician and spends his free time playing his bass guitar, listening to music, or even playing a show if he isn't in the crowd.

Cole is a recent graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Information Technology. In his spare time, you'll find Cole spending time with his friends and family.
